To Our Retailers & Distributors – A Letter Re: COVID-19

Dear valued partners,

 

The health and safety of our employees and customers is always our top priority. As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to be a growing concern in Canada and around the world, we are receiving increasing numbers of inquiries regarding the steps that Watson Gloves is taking when it comes to business preparedness.

As a precaution, effective immediately we have temporarily halted all business travel and trade show attendance. Furthermore, we are also asking that Watson Gloves business partners refrain from meeting in person with our team members, and instead, meet via teleconference or phone.

Business Operations:

In the interim, we will continue to provide normal Business Operations. (i.e. Office Hours from 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday).

Pre-booking Winter 2020:

As our road trips will be delayed, we will be extending our Winter 2020 pre-booking programs. Dates to be determined.

We will also still take pre-booking orders over the phone or by email. Please continue to reach out to our Sales Reps or CSR team if you have any questions. Also available on our website is our online chat. Click on the chat bubble on the lower right hand corner of our website to speak to a Customer Service Rep right away (within business operating hours). We are here to help you with all of your hand protection needs.

The health and safety of our employees and customers is and shall remain our top priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of health authorities to ensure the appropriate procedures are in place and update you as needed.
