We’ve been leaders in the glove business for over 100 years and counting. While living, educating and preserving the culture that we established and cultivated since 1918, we’re also on a forward-thinking path to elevate the glove industry with innovative and sustainable hand protection by protecting the people who work with us, the customers who buy from us, and our environment in which we live in.

Watson Gloves has done a terrific job for the rollout of our National Hand Protection Program.
Working closely with our preferred distributors, Watson Gloves has helped EllisDon achieve our goal of reducing hand injuries on our project sites.

I love being out and about going around different areas and seeing our customers. I’ve gotten to know many customers over the years and build great relationships with them.
I get to work with people every day that care about me as a human being, and me to them. The relationships are real and authentic. That’s why I’m here.
I love the autonomy. I’ve been performing the job that I love to the best of my ability every day. I also love the people. Everybody gets along well with each other and we’re all here for each other.
It’s all about the culture. When family is a strong focus at our company, it runs down through all the teams.
Many of us have been working together for a long time. We’ve seen each other grow up and built a lot of strong relationships, just like a family.
