I am a support worker for people with disabilities. I was supporting a gentleman with down syndrome who has difficulties with communication. We usually take the bus to travel to places we need to go. Today it was very cold, around – 20°C. He didn’t have any mittens and his hands were very cold. I asked him if he’d like to borrow my mittens. He took them and put them on and said “Wow, these are nice bud.” he liked them so much he kept them all day. I thought it would be nice to share this moment with you. I also enjoy these mittens very much. The lining on the inside is very comfortable and they are big and warm.
