Why did you want to join Watson Gloves?
I like that it’s a family company with room to grow within the team, and also that it has great core values.
What did you know about Watson Gloves before you joined?
I learned that Watson Gloves is a Canadian company, family-oriented and has more than 100 years of history in the industry.
What core value do you align with the most and why?
I come from a very large family, so I feel I align most with the ‘family’ value at Watson Gloves.

Why did you want to join Watson Gloves?
The strong history and values were the key deciders for me to join Watson Gloves. I’m really thrilled to be a part of a company that’s 103 years old and still growing!
What did you know about Watson Gloves before you joined?
I was aware that Watson Gloves is one of the oldest family businesses, and that it also has really cool marketing.
What core value do you align with the most and why?
I align with ‘continuous improvement’ the most. This is one of the most important qualities in today’s ever-growing, competitive market. Continuously improving helps bring the best out of everybody at all levels.

I picked Watson Gloves because it is an important business servicing many people, especially during COVID.

I love the Green Monkey gloves. So many people use disposable gloves, so it’s awesome that Green Monkey gloves are biodegradable.
Your favourite hobby? What do you do in your spare time?
Playing basketball and watching movies on Netflix.
