Watson Promotions – Andrew, Kailen, Mark, Matt and Melissa
Congratulations to the following Watsonators for their new promotions!
Andrew Dudas has been working as a Warehouse Associate at Watson Gloves since June 2018 and has now been promoted to Sales Analyst. His analytical mindset and eye for detail make him the right fit for this new role.
Kailen Gill has been promoted from Assistant National Operations Manager to National Operations Manager. Thanks to the mentorship and training of Shane Heron, our Director of Capital Projects and Corporate Development, Kailen has been able to successfully transition to the National Operations Manager role and is now responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the Operations team.
Mark Cortez has been a part of the Watson Team in the Mississauga Warehouse since September 2019, and similar to his Mississauga work colleague, Santana Silveira, he has made the jump as a Customer Service Representative. His previous experience in technical sales and inside sales will be a great asset in his new role.
Matthew Reid has been promoted to the new position, Business Development Representative. He will be supporting business development by looking after BC Sales of National Industrial Accounts under the Business Development category, select National Industrial Accounts, and supporting sales for specific National Key Accounts.
Melissa McKee has been promoted to the newly created role, Sales Analysis Manager. She will be responsible for managing sales analysis projects and statistical studies to ensure sales execution and achievement of growth objectives.
